Horrifying testimony of Taylor Swift concert terrorist: Used explosives and knives to attack audience outside the stadium, wanted to kill as many people as possible

Recently, the global media was shocked by the news that Taylor Swift’s 3 shows of The Eras Tour at Ernst Happel Stadion (Vienna, Austria) were canceled when a terrorist attack plan was revealed.

Taylor Nation, Taylor Swift’s official team, announced that the 3 shows in Austria will be canceled. The full announcement is as follows: “Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour in Vienna will be canceled based on official confirmation from the government of planned terrorist attacks.

With the government’s confirmation of a planned terrorist attack targeting the Ernst-Happel-Stadion, we have no choice but to cancel the three scheduled shows for the safety of everyone. All tickets will be refunded within 10 working days!”

Austrian authorities have revealed more details about a gruesome plan to attack Taylor Swift concerts over the weekend. The Associated Press reported that the main suspect in the case has made a full confession to the plan, claiming that they wanted to “kill as many people as possible outside the concert venue.”

Officials said the 19-year-old suspect, originally from North Macedonia, had pledged allegiance to the self-proclaimed Islamic State (ISIS). The head of Austria’s State Security and Intelligence Service, Omar Haijawi-Pirchner, said the main suspect wanted to use knives or homemade explosives to attack Taylor Swift fans outside the stadium in a bid to cause a mass casualty event at the concerts.

Austrian police said that each concert was expected to attract around 65,000 spectators, not including the estimated 15,000 spectators standing outside the stadium each night. Taylor Swift’s three shows in Vienna, if they take place, could attract about 240,000 spectators, further demonstrating the seriousness of the incident if the terrorist attack actually happens.

Reuters cited a report from the Austrian newspaper Kurier that the investigation revealed that the main suspect allegedly stole chemicals from his former workplace, a metal processing plant in his hometown of Ternitz, and was in the process of making a bomb. According to reports, more than 60 houses around the suspect’s home — where he lived with his parents — were evacuated during the search.

Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer left a comment on X, calling the cancellation of the concerts “a bitter disappointment for all fans in Austria,” calling the planned terrorist plot “very serious,” and thanking state investigative agencies and Vienna police for uncovering the plan early and preventing a potential tragedy.
