Zendaya and Tom Holland Slam “ridiculous” stereotypes about their height difference

Zendaya and Tom Holland often act tough when it comes to their rumored off-screen romance, however, during a recent sit-down with Sirius XM advertise their new movie Spider-Man: There is no way home, The couple was asked about their two-inch height difference. It is known that the couple answered questions about the “wrong” and “problematic” ideas that Zendaya higher Tom Holland will somehow affect their romantic relationship (she is said to be around 5’10”, while he is around 5’8″). Tom said it was a “Stupid assumption” while Zendaya agrees, stating how common their difference in height is. She speaks,

“This is also normal. My mother is taller than my father. My mother is taller than everyone. ”

Holland also pointed out that while selecting SpidermanAlmost every actress who auditioned for the role of MJ was taller than him.

“I remember when we did Spiderman check the screen… but every girl we tested for both roles was taller than me. ”

he continued,

“I wonder if it was a decision Jon made [Director] did. No one test shorter than me. To be fair, I’m pretty short, so maybe that’s Jon Watts’ decision and something he’s aware of and wants to break the mold. I think that’s great.”

Just last week, Zendaya and Tom joked about their height difference while The Graham Norton Show, saying that it unexpectedly interfered with a stuntman.
