The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is one of the most ambitious titles available on the Nintendo Switch, and as such, it allows players to do a lot of things in the game to enhance the experience. How to cook food in Breath of the Wild
Cooking in Breath of the Wild is relatively simple. First the player needs to find a cooking pot. They are scattered across the map and can be found near inns and taverns, as well as in villages. In fact, there is usually a cooking pot in paragliding distance of one of Breath of the Wildfast moving point. Once the player has found the cooking pot, they can start experimenting with the recipes. By going into their inventory and choosing consumables to keep, they can gather ingredients to throw in the cooking pot.
The items that can be created by cooking are very diverse. Some levels grant Link extra health for a certain amount of time – ‘Mushroom Kabab’ comes to mind. Other, more useful creations can help Link take less damage, resist certain types of damage, and more. Of course, to create these, players need to know get raw materials in Breath of the Wild. While it can be difficult to remember where to find the necessary ingredients, players should (at least) try to collect as many cooking items as possible during their journey in Hyrule. Indeed, the recipes become easier to remember as the player cooks.
Cooking in Breath of the Wild Simple, intuitive and useful. It will be difficult for players to find fault with the system, which represents another reason why Breath of the Wild very welcome. In the epic quest to defeat Calamity Ganon, for all but the best players, cooking is an indispensable and should not be ignored element of the game. After all, Link needs all the help he can get for his most daring adventure yet.
