In connection with the murder of rapper Memphis Young Dolphan arrest warrant for Shaundale Barnett was charged with first degree murder, first degree attempted murder and more.

The investigation into the shooting murder of the 36-year-old rapper Young Dolph has continued to progress. Two men are suspected of pulling the trigger and driving the car away, 23 years old Justin Johnson and 32 years old Cornelius Smith, was arrested and there are ongoing cases for first degree murder.

Now, the Memphis Police Department says that the US Marshals have issued a warrant for the arrest of a third man, Shaundale Barnettwith first-degree murder, first-degree attempted murder, and second-degree murder.

Barnett was originally arrested at a gas station in Indiana in early January with the alleged killer Justin Johnson, but was released from the Clayton County Jail about three weeks ago. Barnett allegedly assisted Johnson since the beginning of the investigation, however no other details regarding Barnette’s regarding the murder has been released.

Because the investigation is still open, the US Marshals said they were unable to comment further on the matter.
