Many, many reveals hit their stride of their third season, and “You” isn’t any exception. The brand new batch of episodes simply contains the present’s finest but, its tone solidified, its pacing and plotting perfected. Joe’s ever-present voice-over is filled with razor-wired bon mots about his neighbors, and the writers well focus their lacerating observations on a sure type of carb-phobic, wellness-hacking, vaccine-flexible, ceaselessly smug and surveilled Northern Californian milieu. In Madre Linda, Joe sneers, enjoyable is “glorified productiveness.” Reader, he’s obtained some extent.
