About Yamb

Yamb (MOD, Unlimited Money) ★ Yamb is a game for 2-5 players but it can also be played individually, where players try to score more points than any other player or achieve personal best. This type of game is commonly played with computers and specialized software. The game allows you to show the best results on the Internet, so players can indirectly compete with many other players around the world.

★ Yamb is played with 5 or 6 dice and there are many versions, with different numbers of columns and combinations being played. The simplest way consists of four columns (“Down Column”, “Free Column”, “Up Column”, “Announcement Column”), the required section (digits 1 to 6), the “Max” row. “Min” row and four -combinations (“Straight”, “Full House”, “Poker”, “Yamb”).

★ Remember: Yamb isn’t all about luck; you should also have good tactics and a good strategy to win.

RULE:

1. The goal of the game.
Score as many points as you can and have fun!

2. Roll the dice.
Yamb can be played solo or in groups. The game consists of 48 rounds. Players take turns tossing six dice. After each roll, he chooses which dice (if any) to keep and which to roll again. A player can roll some or all of the dice up to three times in one turn. After the end of his turn, the player scores his best match by matching only five dice.
The scoreboard consists of 12 rows and 4 columns in which you enter the results of the dice rolls. The winner is the player who finishes the game with the most points.

3. Column down.
In the first column, the order of scoring is from top to bottom.

4. Free column.
In the second column, you can score in any order.

5. Column up.
The third column is the opposite of the first column, the order of scoring is from bottom to top.

6. Column “N” for notifications.
In the fourth column, you can only score if you have announced it after you have rolled all the dice at once. You can do that by clicking on the cell that you want to notify.

7. Rows “1”, “2”, “3”, “4”, “5” and “6”.
The first six rows are simple combinations – 1, 2, 3, etc. The score is the sum of all rows one, two, three, etc., depending on what you are collecting.

8. The “total” row.
In this row, you write the sum of the first six rows. If the total is greater than 60, you will be awarded 30 bonus points.

9. The “max” row.
The aim of this row is to score as many points as possible.

10. “Minimum” row.
The aim of this row is to score as few points as possible.

11. Max – Min row “Total”.
The sum in this row is calculated using the formula (Max – Min) x (number of units in the first row).
From the examples above, it is (27 – 8) x 4 = 19 x 4 = 76.

12. “S” – Straightforward.
Combinations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. If you get one of these combinations by rolling all the dice at once – the result is 66 If you hold some dice, and some of them roll again – the result is 56. And if you roll some dice three times, the result is 46.

13. “F” – Full house.
Combination of 3 equal dice and 2 other equal dice. For each Full House, you will be awarded 30 bonus points.

14. “P” – Poker.
4 equal dice. For each Poker you will be awarded 40 bonus points.

15. “Y” – Yamb.
This is the most valuable area in the game. You need to collect 5 equal dice. For each Yamb, you will be rewarded with 50 bonus points.

16. “Total” big bonus row.
Sum of the previous 4 rows (S + F + P + Y).
