Xbox Series S is known to go on sale for PS5 and Xbox Series X on Black Friday

The Xbox Series S is being reported as the winner of Black Friday, outselling the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Switch.
Black Friday, the Friday after Thanksgiving in the United States, is one of the biggest video game console sales days of the year. 2021 is a particularly interesting year, because PS5 and Xbox Series console sales are still low. In other words, it is a Black Friday ripe for Nintendo Switch to secure more sales than next-gen consoles. However, if one report is to be believed, a new king has taken the throne. NS Xbox Series WILL is being reported as the top panel of Black Friday 2021.
Business Insider shares that a report from the Adobe Digital Economy Index confirmed Microsoft’s $300 Xbox Series WILL the console outsold the competition for this year’s Black Friday. That puts it on the PlayStation 5, Nintendo’s Switch OLED console, and even its sister console the Xbox Series X. Although Adobe doesn’t provide specific numbers, the report claims that the Xbox Series The S is one of the best-selling items of 2021 among the more than one trillion US retail site visits Adobe has tracked.
On why the Xbox Series S console is selling better PS5, Switch and Xbox Series X, the answer can be very simple. Xbox Series S is available for purchase while PS5, Nintendo Switch OLED, and Xbox Series X are all sold out on online retailers. It may not be the exact console shoppers want during the holiday season, but it’s a next-gen console capable of playing the biggest holiday releases, and it’s a big promotion. Great pitch at the moment.
Some might think the Xbox Series S’s digital-only format might steer buyers away from it during the holidays. That’s not happening probably because of Xbox’s message attached to Xbox Game Pass over the past year. Xbox Game Pass offers a list of excellent digital games at affordable prices, including hits like Forza Horizon 5 and coming Halo Infinite, can make the selection to buy easy.
There’s no doubt that PS5 or Xbox Series X could outsell Xbox Series S if the console is in stock. It may also be true that sales of Three models of Nintendo Switch, Switch basic, Lite and OLED, more than the number of Xbox Series consoles. For now, however, the Xbox Series S seems to have won a well-deserved victory.
Many questioned the need for the Xbox Series S when it was initially announced, seeing it as a half-step that could hold back the new generation of consoles. Now, with the pandemic limiting supplies of the components needed for advanced hardware, a more affordable console that’s simpler to manufacture might seem like Xbox can see the future.
