Things are almost starting to look bad for the higher ups at Activision Blizzard because, according to the most recent reports on Bobby Kotick, the people they do business with are starting to rethink their relationships with that work. It was reported today that Xbox’s Phil Spencer has informed employees that he is “evaluating” the company’s relationship with Activision Blizzard and will be making “proactive adjustments.” This notice was sent in an employee email then came to Bloomberg.

Spencer was the first to indicate that they would take any form of action regarding their relationship with Activision Blizzard if the company fails to properly resolve the situation. For its part, Oneal noted that the company has denied their request for a salary adjustment multiple times. They have told her they are working on a new proposal, one she says was made only after she resigned.
