WWE Survivor Series 2021 predictions, cards, matches, start time, PPV preview, date, location

WWE wrapped up the 2021 PPV schedule on Saturday night in Brooklyn with a staple of their traditional vehicle. Survivor Series lands in New York with the top stars of both Raw and SmackDown battling for “brand supremacy” in the latest iteration of the second-oldest PPV that WWE puts out on a regular basis.

In the main event, global champion Roman Reigns will represent SmackDown as he takes on WWE champion Big E from Raw. On the women’s side, SmackDown champion Charlotte Flair will face Raw champion Becky Lynch. Add to that a 5-on-5 matchup in the tradition of the Survivor Series and there is a stacked event planned, even without any championship bets.

Let’s see how we believe the Survivor Series plays out on Sunday.

Predict WWE Survivor Series 2021

Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs WWE Champion Big E

Reigns drew on Big E’s fury following New Day’s attacks on Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. Usos also made a few attacks on Big E before he had his last words after a six-man card match, hitting Jey with a Big Ending and saying there would be an ICU bed waiting for Reigns in Brooklyn. If WWE can be trusted to do the right thing at any given time, it will be a good night for Reigns to give in and it will set off a spiral of refreshing his character as the action unfolds. quickly become stale. Which says… Pick: Roman Reigns wins

SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair vs Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch

To say that Flair isn’t exactly unpopular in and out of the WWE locker room is an understatement at this point. Lynch, unsurprisingly, is the WWE woman who has thrown everything behind her since returning from vacation to give birth to her daughter. Also, if you’re rolling with Reigns to win the battle of the top men’s champions, Raw is likely to win the top women’s showdown. Pick: Becky Lynch wins

Team Raw (Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Austin Theory, Bobby Lashley) vs. Team SmackDown (Drew McIntyre, Xavier Woods, Jeff Hardy, Happy Corbin, 1 TBA)

The matches of the year above are difficult to predict, especially when a member of a team is not revealed. The secret here could be McIntyre and Woods on SmackDown. Woods as the King of the Ring has good plot momentum and McIntyre is being positioned as one of the remaining men who can challenge Reigns for the overall title. Rollins was locked in for a title and didn’t benefit much from the win anyway. The match between Lashley vs. McIntyre and letting McIntyre win after Lashley dominated their opponents earlier in the year makes sense to push McIntyre to win the title at the close. Pick: Team SmackDown wins.

Team Raw (Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, Carmella, Zelina Vega) vs Team SmackDown (Sasha Banks, Shotzi, Shayna Baszler, Natalya, 1 TBA)

It’s another TBA that stands out for its women’s 5v5 function. In the plot, that position of meaning is filled by Naomi, who is always fighting for her chance when WWE official Sonya Deville twists her head. The Raw side feels a bit stronger, but in the end power isn’t really as important as who gets the most out of winning. Morgan won a title at Lynch and it would be smart to survive the game to build his resume before it. Pick: Team Raw wins

Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura vs US Champion Damian Priest

Nakamura’s titular reign has been forgotten. He has had one title defense on television (TV or PPV) since winning the belt on August 13. Priest has been much more aggressive with his defense, defending five times in the same time. that time period. Priest is also undergoing a character overhaul, no longer acting as a nice guy and instead a terminator with a mean personality. It’s hard to see this going any other way than a Priest victory. Pick: Damian Priest wins

Raw Tag Team Champions RK-Bro vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos

This match is probably the hardest of the entire show. RK-Bro is one of the better acts in WWE, offering a more effective fusion of comedy and wrestling than most current WWE efforts to combine the two in the “modern era”. The Usos are attached to the Reigns, which has made them more or less bulletproof. It feels like Riddle’s propensity to make mistakes provides the easiest play for how either team loses. Pick: Usos wins
