World of Warcraft Players Use Smart Trick to Explore the World Map
An inventive World of Warcraft fan has discovered a cunning trick to keep herself alive beyond the boundaries of the world map to uncover its secrets.
For as long as video games have existed, players have managed to scour the secret corners of the game world, using exploits and hacks to reveal behind the scenes of the developers. World of Warcraft Is no exception; Popular YouTube and PvPer content creator Rextroy recently revealed a simple trick that allows him to explore beyond his limits. World of Warcraft‘NS playground.
World of Warcraft uses a system called Fatigue to entice its players into areas of the game where it is intended for them to stay. When a character flies or swims beyond a certain threshold over open water, the Fatigue bar will appear. When running out of health, the character quickly dies, losing a percentage of his maximum health every few seconds.
Rextroy has discovered a simple combination of tools and effects that can allow anyone to explore areas where Fatigue often kills characters. Seraph Wings, a food item from Shadowlands Kingdom of Bastion, heals a character for about 1000 hit every 5 seconds. By reducing a character’s max attack through the Resurrection Sickness debuff and removing all of their equipment, the percentage of damage dealt by Fatigue will be balanced with the healing from Seraph Wings, as Fatigue damage does not count as combat. This allows characters to freely explore 10 minutes in the Fatigue areas, until the Resurrection Sickness wears off.
No wonder Rextroy discovered this exploit. In his videos, he is one of many World of Warcraft players are constantly looking for exploits allowing him to perform unexpected feats, from creating game-breaking combos with legendary items to battling dozens of players at once in the opposing faction’s home city. In this grueling adventure, he uncovers many fascinating secrets, including a cave and an underwater forest, the edge of the ocean, and a giant skeleton of dragons far beyond the game’s boundaries. .
Players love to watch players like Rextroy uncover the secret corners of World of Warcraft and discover the benefits within it, even if OH developers do not. Exploration is one of the biggest attractions for MMORPGs like OHand discover locations that no player wants to explore but a natural evolution of that desire for many. However, many World of Warcraft players wonder if these areas weren’t meant to be explored in the first place.
