Winnipeg police are asking for assist in finding a 13-year-old boy, who’s been lacking for a month.
Joe Campbell was final in communication along with his care suppliers in Downtown Winnipeg on Sept. 22.
He’s 5’6″ with a medium construct, brief brown hair, and brown eyes.
