Epic Games Disabling the Fortnite Building in Chapter 3 Season 2

The news was first discovered by Fortnite leakers and data miners, iFireMonkeywho discovered in-game audio files hinting that the building will be disabled in Chapter 3 Season 2.

It looks like the reason for disabling the build tool is because of the new ‘Mission Don’t Allow’ for players to complete as part of the Chapter 3 Season 2 intro.

The building is supposed to be disabled for the first 9 days of the season and won’t be available in both the regular Battle Royale mode and the competitive Arena mode.

It’s also important to note that various leakers have spotted the upcoming ‘Don’t Build Battle Royale’ limited time mode, which is set to arrive at the end of the season. So for those who end up liking the building-free aspect in Fortniteyou will be able to play in the upcoming LTM once the feature returns to standard modes.
