In a Reddit post, a user by the name of Kyler_Mosconi shared a video of an unusual experience from a recent game. Halo Infinite. The clip begins with the player getting stuck on the side of a cliff. With seemingly every choice out there, the player stands on a tiny ledge overlooking the vague valley hundreds of feet below. It seemed their fate was doomed, or so they thought.

Like all hope lost for the Spartan, they perceive a Wasp takes off on a platform near here. In a desperate attempt to signal the pilots, they began to spray bullets in the direction of the UNSC aircraft. Suddenly, the car stops and turns back towards the player. The Wasp pilot then proceeds to fly to the trapped player, allowing them to jump onto the top of the plane. After doing this, Wasp brought the Spartan back to safety, proving that some players really cared about their teammates.

This wholesome interaction between the Spartans captured on video by Kyler_Mosconi caught the attention of many. Members of the Halo Infinite community on Reddit. With more than 1,300 views in just a few hours, many people were shocked by this touching act of kindness. Additionally, some gamers questioned how players got into the unfortunate situation, while others wondered how long they waited on the cliff before help arrived.

This is not the only act of kindness recorded on the battlefields of Halo Infinite. Recently, a the player has received help completing the Battle Pass challenge from a fellow Spartan in a game of Oddball. While video games often feature malicious multiplayer, clips like the one recorded by Kyler_Mosconi serve as a reminder that compassionate, caring players still exist. As more people watch the game in the run-up to the campaign release on December 8, it will be interesting to see what other acts of charity are shared.
