Who plays Kiara in Outer Banks?

Outer bands, teen crime drama found pretty much the following since Netflix premieres in April 2020, transports viewers to a North Carolinian seaside town filled with hidden treasure. There we met Pogues – John B., Kiara, JJ, and Pope – whose days of catching waves and sunbathing have taken a dangerous turn.

They discover the legendary gold from the Royal Merchant that sank is not the story of a fisherman but is real and is worth $400 million. It’s the kind of money that can make a difference in anyone’s life, especially Pogues even though Kiara has quite a few more perks than his friends.

The only female member of their crew is actually from Figure Eight, an affluent part of town. She has a loving, laid-back set of parents and doesn’t know what it’s like to fight for everything you have.

Kiara, also known as Kie, however, has never matched the Kooks. The rich kids in her community only care about the finer things in life and keeping their looks. They constantly look down on those who have less than them and can’t seem to stop harassing Pogues.

No wonder she wants to hang out with her boys, surf and save the environment. They may not fully understand her Save the Planet activism, but they embrace her because she’s not who they want her to be.

Actress who played Kiara on Outer Banks

Kiara is played by Madison Bailey. The 22-year-old actress made her debut in DC’s Constantine in one episode was the character Caroline.

Since then Bailey’s has had 6 episodes as Wendy Hernandez on The CW’s . Black Lightning, played the character Jules in the short-lived NBC television series Council of Fathersand recently starred in AHS collection, American Horror Story as Kelly in the third episode “Drive In.”

Bailey will reprise the role of Kiara in Outer bands season 2. When we left her character for the last time, she had just learned one of her friends had passed away. It’s a bleak place for her to start next season, but if there’s one thing true about the Pogues, it’s hard to beat them.
