‘White Boy Rick’ files lawsuit against FBI, Detroit police for $100 million
Around August 1984, Dixon introduced Wershe Jr. with a colleague, FBI agent Herman Groman, who later took on a major role in handling their teenage informant, the lawsuit alleges. Like his predecessor, Groman will “catch” Wershe as he walks to or from school, a store, a friend’s house or a basketball court, according to the lawsuit.
