Where to find Spartan cores
After several development delays, Halo Infinite is finally done as the campaign is now available with a free multiplayer component. However, Halo Infinite removes carefully curated levels and lobbies from the enduring franchise, taking steps towards a much larger and more open map. What is Spartan Core?
First time in a Halo , players can upgrade and improve their version of Master Chief. Into light RPG mechanics, players can track a special currency known as Spartan Cores while playing the campaign. From the game’s menu, the player can jump to a section called Upgrades, which introduces abilities that can be unlocked to improve Master Chief throughout his journey. Each ability will have a description of what it can do as well as how many Spartan Cores it takes to unlock it.
Where to find Spartan cores
Spartan Cores can be found in each Halo Infinitethe main open areas of: Lock, Connect, Graveyard, and Reform. While some hide in the communication to get to the locations, requiring a bit of background and exploration to find, others can show up in quests as well as rewards for taking out the tools. Players may want to start by focusing on buying FOB controlled by Banished locations around Zeta Halo. Once liberated, the map will be updated with new points of interest, including Spartan Cores. Not every region has Spartan Cores, so players should check the map at the start of each mission to see if it’s worth scouring the area for them.
