When is Fortnite’s 2022 New Year’s in-game event?

You can even imagine Fortnite without a special in-game event for New Year 2022? Of course not!

Because Fortnite players, 2021 is sure to be a great year with tons of big crossovers, superhero costumes, and celebrity concerts. There were some peak moments this year in Fortnite, and perhaps Ariana Grande’s arrival as a playable character is one of the most notable.

Furthermore, the game has also entered Chapter Three with some new gameplay mechanics, a major map overhaul, and a substantial Spider-Man vibe.

Now that we are on the last day of 2021, it is time to celebrate the beginning of a new chapter in our lives from tomorrow and of course, you can celebrate this with you my friends in Fortnite!

When is Fortnite’s 2022 New Year in-game event

This year, Fortnite there’s a minimal and simple in-game New Year celebration, which went live a few hours ago and you’ll re-appear on each server once every hour.

Based on your region, you can spot in-game New Year celebrations in Fortnite every hour on the hour, every hour on the half hour.

After it goes live on your server, you will see a giant dancing light floating in the air and then the fireworks of 2022 appear in the sky.

While you’re watching it and maybe dancing in the game, watch out for opponents that might get killed in the middle of your celebration!

Fortnite Currently available for free on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch, Android and PC. The game is not yet available on iOS devices as the lawsuit against Apple ultimately failed to reach a favorable outcome for Epic Games.
