Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D) has offered a key to her private party plans. The Arizona congressman has stalled his votes on major legislative plans including raising the minimum wage and raising drug prices. But her agenda isn’t explicitly clear, and she’s making deals behind closed doors, angering her colleagues and members.
