What happened to Nebula explained

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy seeing each hero get a chance to show off their trauma, something that makes for the best scenes in the game. Star-Lord must come out of a dream where he returns to his mother, Drax is forced to kill two fake versions of his wife and daughter, and Rocket face all the cruel experiments that have been done to him.

While Gamora can get the short end of the bar in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, since her scene is brief and feels as if it’s been included in the game without much elaboration, what she reveals to the Guardians is shocking. In fact, Gamora’s confirmation of what happened to Nebula might be the darkest part of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy story, and it would be nice to get more attention to this revelation.

Near end Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxythe story of, Gamora revealed to her teammates that Nebula was dead. Throughout the game, her sister’s fate is intentionally kept ambiguous, although it largely reflects what happens in the game. MCU and comic books. Gamora and Nebula are tormented by Thanos, and their gifts are even used as a tool to ensure that they become perfect killing machines. However, Nebula and Gamora have followed two separate paths, the former one even more damaged by what she endured.

Through Gamora’s Guardian collectibles, she revealed that she was sent by Thanos on a mission to destroy the Resistance. However, she eventually joined them, having a change of heart after she realized Thanos’ cruelty. On the other hand, Nebula was still on a dark path. She’s turned into a monster everyone fears, with Rocket overjoyed knowing she can’t hurt anyone anymore.

However, what was different was that Gamora was responsible for killing Nebula. Forced to assassinate her younger sister when she became a “hateful, vengeful monster”, she was said to have become too dangerous for Gamora to survive. As such, Gamora did what she needed to, stopping her sister once and for all. While the player doesn’t actually see the battle that ended Nebula’s life, Gamora seems much more confident that her sister did indeed die than Drax. kill Thanos.

Gamora’s forced murder of her own sister explains her weakness for children, from Nikki to the minor characters she discovers in the story. She knows what it’s like to have a bad childhood where there’s no freedom, and she’s witnessed what it can do to people like her sister. So, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy player will often find her talking to younger characters or specifically focusing on rescuing them, as she doesn’t want to see someone become as twisted as Nebula because of her poor upbringing.

Nebula’s fate is involved Groot’s Ultimate Power, Adam Warlock’s role in the story, and his battle with Fin Fang Foom are among the most surprising parts of the story. It’s moments like these that make Eidos Montreal’s version of the Guardians of the Galaxy stand out, as the developer has taken some risks in tweaking the source material. Although it can be easily reproduced in full MCU, those who are already familiar with the characters will probably be happy to see a lot of new things.
