According to her former chef, Darren McGrady, the Queen ate five small meals a day, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

McGrady explained on YouTube, “She always drank afternoon tea wherever she was in the world.”

He said her favorite food is Morecambe Bay Potted Shrimp on Toast, adding in an interview with Hello Magazine that she’s “a total chocoholic.”

What music does the Queen listen to?

According to Classic FM, the Queen loves classical music, Vera Lynn and traditional anthems.

The Queen began horseback riding at the age of three and has bred and bred racehorses ever since.

She passed her love of horses on to her daughter, Princess Anne, who competed in a horse show at the 1967 Montreal Olympics on the Queen’s horse, Goodwill.

According to Paddy Power, the Queen’s racehorses have won over 1,600 races, winning every prize in the British Classics save the prestigious Grand National.

According to The Sun, the Queen has not been able to ride a horse since her summer holiday in Balmoral in 2021.

A source said while riding, “She was in quite a bit of discomfort.”

They added: “She loves horseback riding and it has been part of her ritual for most of her life.

“She was very disappointed not to go horseback riding since the beginning of September.”

The Queen’s health has raised concerns after missing a number of events since winter 2021, including the Global Investment Summit and the COP26 Summit in Glasgow.

There have been fears that the Queen will be unable to attend some of her anniversary events as the Queen cancels the Epsom Derby following recommendations she is hiring herself.

Her daughter Princess Anne will attend the event instead.
