What books does ‘The Witcher’ season 2 include?


When the hype of season 2 began to subside before the third season of Henry Cavill’s The Witcher, fans have been wondering which book helped stretch the second season eight episodes. The series of the same name has a total of eight books – nine if you count a short story. Although the TV show didn’t quite stay true to the series, it ended and Cavill promised a The third season is more loyal to the fans, so they can rest assured that the series will stick to the original works of Andrej Sapkowski.
The second part includes A grain of truth story from the first novel Last wish, before moving on to the second novel Goblin’s Blood, and the beginning of the third novel Time of contempt. ONE third season of The Witcher was given the green light, along with an animated origin story and a prequel miniseries starring Michelle Yeoh. It’s currently unclear what books the third installment will follow but similar to the second, the third installment could be released right where the previous one ended, with the events of Time of contempt lead its story before moving on to the other; Baptism by fire, Swallow tower, and Lady of the lake.
With a total of eight novels, the fantasy series has a lot of material to work with and due to its popularity, the series is sure to get a refresh after a third season.
