Right after miHoYo officially revealed Shogun Raiden To be liberate, release, free with Genshin Impact Version 2.1, leakers leaked her kit – this means we know more about Electro Archon’s weapons, Elemental Burst, and Skill.

Genshin Impact 2.1 Leak – Shogun Raiden Weapon Leaked

Based on The Genshin effect leaker abc, the Weapon that Baal uses will be Polearm. Despite the fact she has been seen wielding a sword multiple times in the trailers, Raiden Shogun is not a Sword character. This is definitely what I expected, since the answer about the sword seems too obvious to be true.

Meanwhile, regarding the sword used by Electro Archon in the trailers, it seems to be related to her Elemental and Burst Skills.

Raiden Shogun – Elemental Skill and Burst Leaked

Based on Genshin Leaker Sukuna, Raiden Shogun’s Q/Elemental Burst causes her to swing a samurai sword (a tachi). The sword seems to be called Musou Isshin. Elecro Archon changes gameplay after casting Q and all of her attacks deal Electro DMG.

Meanwhile, according to a leaked screenshot shared around, Raiden Shogun’s E/Elemental Skill comes in both a press version and a holding version. Her Elemental skill also allows her to switch to her swordplay, which sounds similar to how Childe works.

As always, keep in mind that leaks are subject to change. Personally, I’m definitely not surprised because I think it’s clear that the Raiden Shogun will actually have a different weapon than the Sword.
