We needed a break from cancer. So we drove an RV across the country and learned some unexpected things.

It turns out that since October, the parks are still quite crowded – people are temporarily closed, working and learning remotely. We spent long periods of time talking to strangers on park benches, in parking lots, in gift shops, at rest stops, at RV stores and of course, in the park. camp next to us. People are eager to share their stories with us, possibly because we are so open to sharing our own.
