Across the country, radical prosecutors are hoping to transform our criminal justice system by shifting it in a more tolerant direction. They believe the system is built on filling the prison system with poor inmates by unfairly and disproportionately targeting them.

The movement was funded by major leftist donors such as George Soros. A report last year from Heritage Foundation called it the “rogue prosecution movement,” describing it as a campaign that included various progressive prosecutors to “promote the fundamental transformation of our criminal justice system.”
