WATCH: Tucker Carlson reacts to Fredo’s suspension; “This isn’t the worst he’s accomplished at CNN”

On Tuesday night, Tucker Carlson responded to Fredo Cuomo’s suspension with an interesting take on the whole situation.
“So this morning when we looked at ‘Atlantic’ magazine, we knew it was the curtain for Cuomo,” Tucker began.
“It functions as a sort of modern social registry, a place where the ruling class speaks for itself, and the Atlantic decides that Chris Cuomo is deeply disgruntled for daring to help his brother, the former governor. New York when he was accused of sex. harassment. Chris Cuomo has to go, the Atlantic announced, and in the world he lives in, the Atlantic makes the rules. And that was the first time and very suddenly, we started to feel sorry for Chris Cuomo,” he added.
“Helping his brother isn’t the worst thing he’s ever done, in fact it might be the best thing he’s ever done. It’s not that Andrew Cuomo is a nice guy, he’s definitely not a nice guy but he’s Chris Cuomo’s brother and that’s what you do with even nasty brothers. You help them when they need it. Matt, it’s called loyalty. This is an alien concept. Is there a single person at CNN or any other leftist network who would risk his job to help his brother? Above all, these people are ruthless interlopers. Jeff Zucker told this guy to denounce his own wife on television, do you think I hesitated before doing that? Of course he won’t go out even for a second. So when we tell you the media is corrupt, we don’t just mean that they are corrupt politically but much more deeply,” Tucker continued.
Watch the full monologue below:
“You don’t assume the most important roles in life, your first duty is to your family, your first obligation is not to the state, not to a political party, not to a political party. With Jeff Zucker or some scary leader, it’s not even your own career. Your most basic obligation is to those you are concerned with. When they need your help, whoever they are, even if you are the governor of a state, even their horrible people, you still help them because it’s your family. Chris Cuomo may be an idiot and he is, but he understands that it’s a pity to get fired for that,” he concluded.
