WATCH: MSNBC is racist in full, complains about too many “white men” trucks

In the radical, angry social justice movement, that all men, white and/or Christian, it is fair game to attack them for having privilege, implying racism ethnicity and called for punishment without any personal wrongdoing.
On Sunday, during a segment on “Cross Connection, MSNBC’s radical host, Tiffany Cross, took aim at the trucking industry for its over-use of white males over 55 years old who” voted overwhelmingly for Trump” and was too “aggressive” on the road.
Cross joined CrossCountry Trucking School owner and president Pamela Day to discuss ways the trucking industry can attract a more diverse workforce amid labor shortages. .
From MSNBC @TiffanyDCross: Trucking “is an industry populated by white males over the age of 55. This group of people voted overwhelmingly for Trump. You know, some people have talked about aggressive truck drivers cutting them off or being unhelpful.” pic.twitter.com/Ob8Kg03Dwa

Cross started the segment by framing the conversation around the race. She said her brother was a truck driver and she was worried he would promote the idea of him working in a “dangerous industry”.
Day replied: “We say we don’t build truck drivers, but safe CMV operators. “People who can go home whenever they finish their shift. That’s the most important part.”
Cross said she interviewed minority truckers who allege they experienced hostility and racist behavior on the job, and asked Day if the industry could become ” more welcoming” these workers or not.
“This is an industry with a lot of white men over 55,” said the host. “This group of people voted overwhelmingly for Trump. Several people have spoken of aggressive truck drivers cutting them off or being unhelpful. So obviously the more populated with people of color, the less I think you’ll see that. “
Cross might be using Bureau of Labor and Statistics, to frame her argument.
The data shows that the average age of a commercial truck driver in the US is 55 years old, while only 20% of drivers are under 45 years old. This industry is mainly made up of men, with women making up only 7.8% of all commercial truck drivers.
Day briefly discussed his experience as a truck driver and referred to the alleged cases of “racism,” before saying that attracting women into the industry was its key to success.
As someone who has sold advertising and solar systems to trucking companies and independent truck owners, the workload had to replace any innate racism I had not heard or seen in his discussions.
In fact, in CA, we see 18 wheels on our highways advertising the Spanish, Indian and Mexican company names on their trailers everywhere.
