The Point Park Pioneers will return Monday and play against the Buffalo Bulls at 7 p.m. ET on November 29 at Alumni Arena. Buffalo will move forward after a win while the Vanguard will stumble after a loss.

Point Park was pulverized by Akron Zips 102-46 two weeks ago.

As for Buffalo, it’s impossible to say they have nothing to thank this Thanksgiving week. They went through the Illinois State Redbirds with points empty last Wednesday, taking the game 106-90. Five Buffalo players score in double digits: forwards Josh Mballa (29), forward Jenathan Williams (17), guard Ronaldo Segu (17), center David Skogman (17), and protect Keishawn Brewton (ten). Josh Mballa’s performance made up for a slower game against Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks last week.

The Point Park loss knocked them out 0-1 while Buffalo’s win pulled them up 3-2. In his victory, Buffalo relied heavily on Mballa, who had 29 points and 8 pounds. The Pioneers will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they are to win.
