Warzone fans want to see a larger block list that was added by hackers

Call of Duty: Warzone players are asking to expand their block list because they are experiencing too many hackers in the game.

Hackers are a big problem in Call of Duty: Warzone. To be fair, they’re a problem in every major online multiplayer shooter, but Battlefield deserves special recognition due to the popularity of Call of Duty franchise and history of anti-fraud shortcomings. That will hopefully change with the introduction of Activision’s new Ricochet anti-cheat feature, coming to Warzone Pacific patch next week. However, there continue to be other problems in Call of Duty: Warzone that frustrated players are not resolved.

The general focus of the concern is how Call of Duty: Warzone Players can deal with the hackers they encounter in the game. Specifically, how to “block” hackers seems to be the best way to not be included in hacker matches again. However, the problem is that players like capitoljay85 are facing so many, so much Call of Duty: Warzone hacker that their block list is filling up to 200 blocked players. At that point, the player has the choice of either not blocking one hacker or eliminating another.

Obviously, not blocking a hacker is not an option that any Call of Duty: Warzone the player wants to perform; maybe the only thing that feels worse than losing to a hacker is getting in line again and getting the same hacker in another match. Removing other hackers from the block list is also not optimal. Battlefield player I don’t know if those hackers will be banned or if they will reappear in matches.

But while the choice itself is harsh, the truth is Call of Duty: Warzone the player does not need to make this decision in the first place. If all hackers can’t be stopped Battlefield, they will then be detected and banned before the player can fight them again. If that’s not possible, blocklist hackers should be removed if they Permanently banned. If that’s not possible, then the block list must have thousands of large players to Battlefield the player never reaches the limit.

In spite of Call of Duty Players through many iterations of the franchise have grown accustomed to the lack of meaningful improvement in anti-cheat, some with at least a glimmer of hope. Ricochet will debut with Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific, and it will have an immediate impact on the player’s experience.

The unfortunate truth is that while hacking is a big concern for players, it hasn’t stopped Call of Duty franchise from growing into such a huge success. So, Call of Duty: Warzone players will just have to be content with what they get, though there’s no reason not to want something better.

Call of Duty: Warzone currently available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
