CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) – Officers with the Cleveland Division of Police responded to a capturing report early Tuesday morning.

Round 2 a.m. police started investigating at W. 148th St. close to Puritas Ave.

A person who had been shot there was taken to the hospital by personal auto, in accordance with neighbors.
