Victim Jeffrey Epstein says Ghislaine Maxwell made her dress up as a schoolgirl to serve him tea

The second accuser took a stance in the sex trafficking trial Ghislaine Maxwell on Monday, claimed that the British social media site had asked her to wear a schoolgirl uniform and deliver a tray of tea to Jeffrey Epstein before he had sex with her.

The 44-year-old woman, who testified under the pseudonym “Kate,” recalled the incident that happened during a visit to Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion. (Kate was previously referred to as Juvenile Victim-3 in the indictment against Maxwell, but argue argument She was of age in London when the alleged abuse occurred.)

Kate said she was “approximately 18 years old” when the couple invited her to Epstein’s estate in Florida, where she said there was a “beautiful swimming pool” and was decorated with loads of photos of young girls. “dont wear clothes”. “They were in almost every room,” Kate recalls the disturbing images.

When Kate walked into her living room in Palm Beach, she said, there was a schoolgirl suit on her bed, with a short pleated skirt and white socks. She testified that she went downstairs to ask Maxwell what the outfit was, and Maxwell handed her a tray and told her she “thought it would be fun” to bring Epstein tea when he wears clothes.

Kate said she didn’t know anyone in Palm Beach and was terrified of disobeying the directive. At the time, Epstein was by his home pool working out with a personal trainer. The coach left, Kate said, and Epstein then began having sex.

“She asked me if I was having fun and told me I was a nice girl and that I was one of his favorites,” Kate testified of her conversation with Maxwell after the meeting.

When asked why Kate continued to see Epstein and Maxwell in their 20s and 30s, Kate replied: “I’ve seen how attached the two are to each other and I’m scared.” (On cross-examination, Maxwell’s attorney Bobbi Sternheim indicated that Kate emailed Epstein while he was in jail in Florida in 2008 for soliciting a minor and keeping in touch with him throughout 2011) .

“Why don’t you squeeze his feet a little to show him how strong you are?”

In her testimony, Kate described how she was a 17-year-old living in London when Maxwell befriended her and encouraged her to give Epstein an aphrodisiac massage — even in a small room. upstairs at the Maxwell townhouse in an upscale neighborhood.

Kate said she first met Maxwell on a trip to Paris in 1994, when she was dating a man 18 years her senior, who happened to be the heir’s Oxford classmate. The whistleblower said that Maxwell was “very stylish and very elegant” and asked Kate questions about her life. When Kate returned to London, Maxwell invited her to tea at his home.

“I am very happy to be friends with her,” Kate testified. “She’s amazing… She’s everything I wanted to be.” Kate told jurors she felt “special” in Maxwell’s presence and believed they had a real connection. She told Maxwell about the problems in her family life, including her mother’s poor health, and her desire to pursue a music career.

In return, Maxwell tells Kate about her boyfriend, Epstein, a philanthropist who enjoys helping young people. Maxwell said that “it would be great if I could meet him,” Kate testified. “She said he was going to love me and I was exactly the person he was going to help…”

Weeks after this tea date, Maxwell is said to have invited Kate back to see Epstein. “She was very energetic, very excited and had this sense of urgency,” Kate testified.

When Kate arrived, Epstein was wearing sweatpants and a hoodie and sitting in a chair, talking loudly on the phone. Maxwell told Epstein that Kate was talented, likely going to Oxford, and surprisingly athletic given her 95-pound frame.

“Why don’t you squeeze his feet a little to show him how strong you are?” Maxwell asked Kate, who massaged Epstein’s legs before massaging his shoulders.

Maxwell would call Kate a few weeks later to say that Epstein’s massage therapist had canceled and ask if Kate could “help her because [she] had such a strong hand. ”

Kate testified that during this second meeting with Epstein, Maxwell led her to an upstairs room with a massage table and towels. Epstein was inside, wearing a cape. She said Epstein took off his cloak and was naked, while Maxwell stood in the doorway across from him.

According to Kate, Maxwell gave her some massage oil and closed the door. That’s when Epstein started having sex with Kate.

When Kate returned downstairs, Maxwell is said to have asked, “How’s it going? Are you happy? Is it good? ” Kate said Maxwell seemed “very excited and happy” and thanked her.

In the third, Kate testified, Maxwell took her upstairs to the massage parlor and said, “Have a nice time” before closing the door.

“You are such a good girl. I’m so glad you were able to come… he obviously likes you a lot,” Kate recalls Maxwell saying after the “massage” was over.

Kate testified that she once saw a blonde and slim girl meet Maxwell in a London townhouse.

Maxwell also asked if she knew anyone who could give Epstein “a job that failed because she had to do a lot of work,” Kate testified.

“You know what he likes — cute, young, pretty like you,” Maxwell allegedly said.

“She said he needed to have sex about three times a day,” Kate added of Maxwell. While Maxwell said it, according to Kate, “her demeanor was almost like that of a schoolgirl.”

But Kate testified that she never recruited girls for Epstein or Maxwell.

When assistant U.S. Attorney Lara Pomerantz asked Kate about her understanding of the relationship between Maxwell and Epstein, the woman said she thought they were dating but “I understand her job is take care of Jefftey’s needs.”

Those needs include managing his assets around the world and monitoring family employees using “aggressive” commands. Kate said Maxwell told her she owns her home in London and a place in New York that “Epstein bought for her.”

Meanwhile, Kate said Maxwell would name her famous friends in conversations with her, alluding to Britain’s Prince Andrew and former President Donald Trump.

During the cross-examination, Maxwell’s legal team worked to discredit Kate by asking her about the $3.25 million payment she received from the victim’s compensation fund and ask her questions about her previous substance abuse, ask if it affects her memory of the time frame in which she claims Epstein and Maxwell sexually exploited her .

Sternheim asked Kate if she was hoping to win a special visa for victims who cooperate with the government; Kate said she asked about it.
