Vex’s ultimate makes enemy Veigar’s laning phase a nightmare

In League of Legends, bugs sometimes lead to a game-breaking advantage.
Vex, the newest champion to join the game, has been plagued with bugs since its launch in 2021. Most recently, a Reddit user shared a clip of one of his Vex games, where an exploit allows him to kill an enemy Veigar in lane.
The clip begins with Vex and Veigar fighting each other. Vex uses his Shadow Surge (R), hitting the tiny Evil Master. To finish him off, the player casts a spell to dash forward in Veigar’s direction, finishing him off.
Luckily for Veigar, Evelynn came down to help and avenge him shortly after his death. But when Gloomist respawns, the player realizes that Shadow Surge’s cooldown has been reduced and the skill is ready to use again.
When Vex returned to lane, she used her ultimate for a second time in a short amount of time, again with great success. Thanks to a smooth combination of skills, Veigar was brought to the fountain for the second time. And the cooldown of Vex’s Shadow Surge has been reset once again.
As the player pointed out on Reddit, this bug resulted in a snowball, which resulted in Veigar and his team losing the game.
A lot of players emphasized that this bug was present in League for months, and as we can see, it’s still not fixed. They point out that it is very simple to reproduce and hope that Riot will fix it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you might want to ban Vex from your games.
