Venom: Let There Be Carnage delayed

Sony has pushed the theatrical launch date for its Venom film sequel. Beforehand slated for a Sept. 24 launch, Venom: Let There Be Carnage will now hit theaters on Oct. 15, Sony Photos introduced Thursday.

This marks the third time the movie’s release has been pushed; initially, the sequel was slated for October 2020, earlier than being bumped to June 2021 due to COVID-19 considerations, then to September. Sony is dedicated to maintaining a theatrical launch for the movie.
