Sentinels, Crazy Raccoon and KRU Esports will have the title of being the only three teams participating in Masters Reykjavík, Masters Berlin and Champions.

Formula VCT Champions

The format of the VCT Champions will be the same as at the Masters Berlin. 16 teams were divided into four groups of four. Each group is its own GSL-style knockout, meaning two teams will advance out of each group. According to Riot Games, teams are drawn based on “a combination of their respective final spots at Challenger events and the strength of their region”. Riot also ensures that teams from the same region will not be in the same group.

After the eight teams make it out of the group stage, they will be redrawn as a knockout group. All matches will be best-three, except best-of-five finals totals.
