Vanguard Update 1.10 Patch Notes Today (January 11)

Brand new mid-season update for Call of Duty: Vanguard rolled out to all supported platforms earlier today (January 11), marking the first patch of the year with the start of Season One Reloaded.
Today’s update is a much-needed one, as the recent holiday season means no new patches have been released for either. Call of Duty: Vanguard and Call of Duty: Warzone. even though Battlefield is in much worse shape especially since the release of the new Caldera Map, weapon balance and bug fixes for Vanguard are very much welcomed.

Call of Duty: Vanguard Update details
Sledgehammer Games took to Twitter after their holiday to announce some important changes to Call of Duty: Vanguard.
A preview of what’s to come can be seen in the tweet below, but there’s one change that, in particular, stands out among the rest, buffs for gunners and shotgun nerfs. A lot of Vanguard As players will be well aware, Shotguns are extremely overwhelming in multiplayer, while Snipers are practically unusable, today’s update hopes to change that.

UPDATE MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS
The stability
- Several sources of packet detonation have been identified and resolved
- Several causes of multiplayer crashes have been identified and resolved
- Xbox Series X players will no longer experience game crashes when CDN settings are enabled
- Playing with keyboard and mouse will no longer result in the ‘controller needed’ message
Reproduction
- The spawn logic has been adjusted to improve minimaps with higher player counts
- Reproductive logic adjusted for Domination on the Dome
- Spawn in Control mode has been significantly adjusted to:
- Prevent off-map spawning on Tuscan
- Prevent spawning in enemy sights on Bocage
- Prevent players from spawning directly on teammates

- Kills of Attack / Guard Dogs now count towards the Panzerfaust Camo . Challenge
- STG “Reptilian” Camo Weapon Challenge is now tracking Bloodthirsty murders
- STG The “hunting” Camo Weapon Challenge is now tracking Multikills
- Katana Unlock Challenge Now Tracks Accurately
- The 3-line rifle can now be reloaded with the ZF4 3.5X Rifle Scope equipped
- Fixes an issue that caused the “Kill enemies while they have active spy planes 5 times” challenge to track during career challenges Countermeasures
- Fixes an issue where care packs would be out of reach when playing Armageddon on Tuscan and Daus Haus
- The selected player’s camos will now appear in the match intro sequence
- Locked camos and attachments can no longer be swapped for unlocked weapons
- A bug that resulted in a missing Thread after the match has been fixed
- A bug where “Thunderhead” in Type 100 Blueprints was hidden in the pre-match countdown has been fixed.

- Unintended distortion of MVP images fixed
- The animation of continuous leveling up after the game when a player reaches Prestige 3 has been fixed

UPDATE ZOMBIES CONTENT
In Zombies, the classic survival gameplay is coming to “Shi No Numa” this week with a new Void Objective for players looking to slay countless hordes of zombies, watch rounds go up, and crush weapons in my opinion. Explore Von List’s Office, a never-before-seen area filled with narrative secrets and a mysterious new portal. Upgrade your Artifacts at the Tome of Rituals, equip three new Pack-a-Punch camos, craft Warmachine and Deathmachine at Crafting Table, discover new narrative information and more.
Combat Shield also participates in reloads and Mystery Boxes, and challenges to unlock new weapons for the Katana and Welgun SMG will come to Zombies. Get a full overview of everything included in this week’s update at blog Treyarch.
Survival game
- Nowhere
- The survival game comes to “Shi No Numa” in the Void, accessed from Von List’s Office in Stalingrad.
- The rounds are enhanced by defeating endless waves of increasingly difficult zombies rather than by completing Objectives.
- After completing 3 rounds in the Void, the player must choose either Runaway or Survive. Choosing Survive will continue to spawn waves of zombies until the player chooses to run away or if the game ends when all players go down.
- Players earn 5,000 Essence bonus for every 3 completed rounds in the Void.
- After surviving 12 rounds in the Void, the player will receive a reward that prevents the Privileges from falling below Level II when dropped for the rest of the match.
- The Pack-a-Punch machine is available in “Shi No Numa” while in the Void.
- Players can return to Stalingrad to upgrade their Perks, Covenants, and Artifacts after surviving 3 rounds in the Void and can return to the Void at any time.

- Explore the formerly closed area of Stalingrad to discover new narrative information and the portal to the Void.

Upgrade software
- Frost Blast
- Level I – Freezes Normal and Special enemies for 3 seconds while they are in the Frost Blast area for 0.5 seconds.
- Level II – Increases Frost Blast radius by 100%.
- Level III – Increase the number of charges from 1 to 3.
- Level IV – Normal enemies that are frozen will be killed on damage.
- Energy Mine
- Level I – Stuns normal and special enemies hit by Energy Mine for 3 seconds.
- Level II – Detonates 3 times in a row with a 0.75 second delay between explosions.
- Level III – Increase the number of charges from 1 to 3.
- Level IV – Increases explosion radius by 66%.
- Aether Shroud
- Level I – Automatic weapon reload when activated.
- Level II – Deals 500% more melee damage while active.
- Level III – Increases movement speed by 50% while active. Duration increased from 5 seconds to 8 seconds.
- Level IV – Increase the number of charges from 1 to 2.
- Ring of Fire
- Level I – Normal enemies inside the ring take damage equal to 2% of their maximum HP per second.
- Level II – Players in the round use ammo from the inventory.
- Level III – Staying for up to 10 seconds increased the duration from 15 seconds to 20 seconds.
- Level IV – Staying for up to 10 seconds increases your bonus damage from +50% to +75%.
Pack-a-Punch Camos
- Three unique camels have been added to the Pack-a-Punch machine.
- Weapon camo will now change in appearance with each Pack-a-Punch upgrade up to Level III.
- Prepackaged loot weapons will display Pack-a-Punch camels after being picked up from Sturmkreigers or Mystery Boxes.

- Now available in Zombies and Mystery Box downloads.
- Partially reduces damage in the direction the player faces when raised. Unbroken.
- Protects player’s back from partial rear damage when stowed.
Weapon Unlock Challenge
- New weapon unlock challenges have been added to Zombies for the new Katana and Welgun SMG melee weapons through Create-a-Class:
- Katana: In Zombies, get 5 quick kills with Melee weapons in 50 different Gate Objectives.
- Welgun: In Zombies, get 5 quick Critical Kills with one SMG in 50 different Gate Objectives.
Support Weapons
- Warmachine and Deathmachine are now available in the Support tab at the Crafting Desk.
