Vanguard players are using Moving Titan Finish Attack to avoid bullets

The modern era of live service games has led to an ever-increasing need for microtransactions and Call of Duty: Vanguard was more than ready to deliver. Just over two weeks ago, Activision announced a combination of popular manga and anime series Attack the giant. The premium package includes a variety of cosmetics, but the Steel Cut finishing engine stands out for its unique movement pattern. Now, Call of Duty: Vanguard The player is testing the limits of the finishing move, use it to avoid bullets.

VIDEO GAME OF THE DAY

Dodging bullets is an unbelievable claim without visual proof. Luckily, Reddit user Dreamweaver_duh provided that in a Reddit post titled “Using Attack on Titan Finisher to dodge bullets is pretty cool.” At the start of the video, it’s easy to think that Dreamweaver_duh is exaggerating. He starts a melee performance on an opponent standing in the doorway, but by the end of the clip, there will be great number of Call of Duty: Vanguard player thinking about buying Attack the giant finishing person.

Just to be clear, the ending moves are static animation and the player has no control over the movement that occurs. However, the location of Dreamweaver_duh’s perform close combat Perfectly set up for Efficient Steel Cutting. Another opponent over the threshold sees Dreamweaver_duh begin to move their end and start shooting, only to have Steel Cut roll Dreamweaver_duh out of the way. The animation makes them legally dodge bullets. Dreamweaver_duh then goes back and executes the execution.

Yes, Dreamweaver_duh eventually dies before the remaining opponent, but they are still able to fully complete their action. If they don’t use Cut finish in steel, they could have been cut down without being killed. Plus, Dreamweaver_duh laid the groundwork for other players to try something similar, potentially yielding better results.

The actual effectiveness of the Steel Cut finishing blow when it comes to bullet dodging remains to be seen. It is possible, if not possible, player’s hitbox remain static and shoot where it should kill them normally. Allowing the player’s hitbox to move quickly, even during a static animation, seems to be a somewhat broken feature.

Even if Steel Cut allows players to temporarily dodge bullets, it is highly unlikely that anyone will win the match in Call of Duty: Vanguard Use the finishing move. It requires near-perfect conditions, although it is possible on paper. At the very least, the move to finishing Steel Cut will spur a conversation among developers Game sledgehammer and the community about what’s appropriate and what’s too far-fetched. Call of Duty: Vanguard Players probably shouldn’t expect too much.

Call of Duty: Vanguard currently available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
