Valve Introduces Regional Rates for Winter Travel Advocates Club

Valve has introduced regional pricing for Support Clubs of Dota 2 teams competing in the 2021-22 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Winter Tournament. As a result, Supporters Club prices will vary from region to region depending on the local economy, making them more affordable for Dota 2 fans around the globe. The Supporters Club, which comes with perks like group sprays, emojis, loading screens, and more, was initially offered during DPC 2021 at a standard price to users worldwide. . These fan packs come in three levels – Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

The price of the Winter Travel Advocates Club will vary by region

“New for this tour, in order to better support the economies of the countries that make up Dota’s fan base, the prices of Supporters’ Clubs will vary by region, to help fans more accessible around the world to support their favorite teams.” Valve announced on December 7, 2021 in blog post about the Return of the Supporters Club.

Pricing will vary depending on region for now, but last season Bronze tier cost $2, Silver tier $10, and Gold tier $20 available to all Dota 2 players. In India, tier Bronze is currently priced at INR 96 (≈US$1.27), INR 486 Silver (US$6.44) and INR 976 Gold (US$12.94). (1 USD equals 75.42 INR per conversion)

What does the Winter Tour Advocates Club include?

Various perks for the Winter Tour Supporters Club, when you purchase three Levels, for you to show your support for your favorite team and join the Virtual League.

Bronze level

• A badge, which will appear in your friends list, player profile, Match screen and in-game scoreboard (swapable if you buy multiple sets of a team).

• 1 Team Fantasy Player Pack

• 1 Basic Virtual Player Pack

Silver tier

• All the perks of the Bronze Club

• Sprays and Emojis

• 2 packs of additional player cards for the team

• 6 Extra Basic Player Card Packs

Golden Step

• All the perks of the Bronze and Silver Club

• Loading screen, special HP-bar badge in game and dialogue

• 3 packs of additional player cards for the team

• 7 additional basic player card packs

Along with regional pricing changes, the Supporters Club will also be handing out Player and Team Card packs during the Winter Tour. The cards in these packs can be used to play in DPC Fantasy League and they award points on a weekly basis. There will be rewards in the form of Fragments and DPC Winter Treasure 2022.

On the other hand, similar to last season, teams that submit content to feature in these Support Clubs will receive 50 percent of the proceeds from their sales. It should be noted that some teams may not have introduced their Supporter Club into the game yet and others may only have Bronze Tier.

You can buy Supporters Clubs for as many teams as you want.

The content of the Supporters Club for the DPC 2021-22 Winter Tour will expire on March 1, 2022. There will likely be a fair amount of new content released by the teams for the following Spring Tour. at the end of the Winter Tour.
