VALORANT Patch 3.10 adds new lore updates in Brimstone’s office

Patch 3.10 added more in VALUABLE than the eye. Players have found new details in Brimstone’s office below the Shooting Range.

As reported by VALUABLE Cynprel lore enthusiast, Brimstone’s Office Now there is a map with the locations of all the VALUABLE map. The player can see a polaroid image of every map except Fracture, which is only marked with a sticky note. But the images and notes correspond to the location of each map on Alpha Earth, helping players better understand where each battle takes place.

The update also adds a copy of “The Raven” by Edgar Allan Poe alongside the music player. This story revolves around a man facing the death of a loved one and struggling to deal with his emotions. The images above the player show Brimstone growing up with a friend, who is theoretically the one he carries on his unlockable Contract player card. Some have also theorized KAY/O has the personality of Brimstone’s friend, although this is just speculation.

It’s unclear if Brimstone’s office led to an important lore reveal or if Riot Games just added small details to accentuate the character’s backstory. The office was also recently updated with a new message from Chamber and Brimstone’s computer now has an email from Cypher discussing the new agent.

Patch 3.10 introduced Room, the new sentry agent, and changes to competing queues allows players to line up in groups of five regardless of their rank. Fans can review all the updates in Patch 3.10 official notes.
