US issues security alert for citizens in view of farmers’ protest in New Delhi

The monsoon session of the National Assembly begins on Monday and is scheduled to end on August 13.

Thousands of farmers across the country have agitated at the Delhi border against three agricultural laws that they claim will eliminate the Minimum Support Price system, leaving them at the mercy of big corporations.
