Upcoming ‘Seal Team’ Movie Paramount +, ‘NCIS: Sydney’ Set in Australia

If you don’t have enough two CBS and Supreme + TV series, you’re in luck: More is coming.

A new one SEAL Team The indie film is in production for Paramount+ in the US and comes from the series’ star creative team David Boreanaz, Christopher Chulack and Spencer Hudnut. The military drama moved to a four-episode streaming service on its fifth season and is come back friday.

In addition, a NCIS is in production for Paramount + Australia and Network 10. NCIS: Sydneyslated for 2023, will feature local stories with Australian actors and producers and be filmed in one of the world’s most beautiful harbor cities. NCIS: Los Angeles Creator and Australian Shane Brennan is attached.

“These two projects represent two new ways that we are expanding our studio footprint while supporting the company’s mission to advance streaming,” said George Cheeks, president and chief executive officer of the company. CBS and chief content officer of news and sports at Paramount+ said. “We have a production roster, production infrastructure, and a deep library to be creative and agile with franchises and other IPs for both local and international audiences.”

When TV insider spoke to Boreanaz about the Season 5 finale, he noted the production value of SEAL Team. “If you watch all of our shows and watch those shows, I’d put them in comparison to any of the movies out there,” he said. “We had some special effects, but the way we did it was real and live and the reality was just, you can’t measure it for projection – again, we’re a military show, but I really put it up against any movie. You put that thing on IMAX, you get blown away. We should make an IMAX movie. That would be very wild. ”
