Lawyer Rebekah Millard wrote within the plaintiffs’ movement that the state forcing beforehand contaminated staff to get vaccinated violated their “privateness, bodily autonomy, and private liberty.” The group contended that the governor’s mandate compelled staff like them “who’ve strong pure immunity, to decide on between their well being, their private autonomy, and their careers.”
