Hinckley, 66, has been granted conditional launch since 2016 to his mom’s house in Williamsburg, Va., after Hinckley’s docs and the courtroom discovered he not poses a hazard to himself or others. Hinkley’s mom, Jo Ann Hinckley, 95, who turned an advocate for psychological well being analysis and training, died July 30.
