U.S. cancels deal with Emergent BioSolutions, whose plant ruined J&J vaccine doses

In March, components meant to be used in producing the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine photographs contaminated 15 million doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. In response, the Biden administration put Johnson & Johnson in direct management of vaccine manufacturing there, and eliminated AstraZeneca manufacturing from the services.
