Tyler, The Creator tweets that Friday’s Norfolk show is being cancelled

NORFOLK, Virginia (CURLED) — Tyler, The Creator took to Twitter Thursday night to break bad news: His show scheduled for Friday at Chartway Arena in Norfolk has been cancelled.

Tyler, The Creator was expected to be part of his spring 2022 tour for his album Call Me If You Get Lost will be joined by fellow artists Kali Uchis, Vince Staples and Teezo Touchdown.

On Thursday, he said both the Norfolk and Pittsburgh shows would not go ahead as planned on March 4 and 12, respectively.

The Norfolk show is canceled due to “local staff shortages”.

Pittsburgh’s is canceled before the venue there can begin production of the show as designed.

The artist said refunds for both shows are issued at the time of purchase.
