We might as well stop Kyle Rittenhouse’s trial now, because the Big Tech lords on Twitter have already identified his charges.
After all, they are the ones who can decide what the truth is today.
Rittenhouse, 18, faces murder and other charges in connection with the shooting death of three men, two of them fatally, during the unrest in August 2020. shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, and wounded Gaige Grosskreutz.
According to multiple court reports and eyewitness accounts, Rosenbaum chased Rittenhouse and rush into the teen’s gun, Huber attack Rittenhouse with a skateboard and Grosskreutz entered the Rittenhouse, pointed a gun at him at the time three men were shot.
Despite this evidence, it appears Twitter is suspending and/or banning any user who claims Rittenhouse is innocent.
If those users want to stay on the platform, they will be forced to delete their tweets.
Bill Zeiser of Real Clear Politics started noticing the trend on Wednesday.
Have seen claims of users being suspended for posting tweets like “Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong”, ostensibly b/c it glorifies violence. Is Twitter TOS Legal Against Controversy Over the Right to Self-Defense? Or are people looking for Kyle Rittenhouse’s mass tweets and reports? pic.twitter.com/JvyfcpCrqS

“Having seen claims of users being suspended for tweeting things like ‘Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong,’ it’s clear b/c it glorifies violence. Is Twitter TOS Legitimate Against Controversy Over the Right to Self-Defense? Or are people looking for Kyle Rittenhouse’s mass tweets and reports? ” Zieser asked on Twitter.
The answer to Zieser’s question seems to be a definite yes. After all, consider all these pauses:
Twitter suspended my account because I called Kyle Rittenhouse a hero. They claimed I was “glorifying violence”. It’s a funny story. Forcing me to delete the original tweet, even though I affirm what I said. pic.twitter.com/VUTrA0txsa

Accounts are being suspended for insisting that Kyle Rittenhouse is innocent, which twitter labeled it “glorifying violence”. pic.twitter.com/SxlRSFpDpA

I was suspended for 24 hours for writing this tweet on Thursday. Even after all the evidence was presented at the trial, Twitter considered this innocuous statement a “glorification of violence.” pic.twitter.com/DwTVV9eOJZ

The official New Hampshire Liberal Party Twitter account was also briefly suspended. The party was quick to point out that blatantly false and misleading claims about Rittenhouse being spread by leftists are still uncensored on the platform, showing a clear political bias.
Such a claim, still completely unproven and unfounded, is that Rittenhouse is a white supremacist.
You can make up outright lies about Kyle Rittenhouse and you won’t get banned.
But if you say Kyle Rittenhouse is innocent, you will be. pic.twitter.com/kIyyTcujSA

Twitter doesn’t ban anyone from calling him the white supremacist killer… https://t.co/vQoyVc0SsB

So just to make things clear – If you assert that Kyle Rittenhouse is innocent because he acted in self-defence, you will be banned on Twitter for “glorifying violence”.
However, if you assert that he is a murderer who shot and killed three men who chased him for no reason and was clearly a direct threat to his life, then you are clear. .
If you justify the actions of the three men who chased, being attacked and pointing a loaded gun at a teenager, how is that not “glorifying violence”?
