According to the docs, the text messages are between Tristan and Maralee and will prove that Tristan urged Maralee to abort the pregnancy. Court documents state:

“From the context and content of these communications it is also clear that they range from Tristan to Maralee, which reflects that Tristan is dealing with the parties’ relationship and even her pregnancy insistence. insisted that she would have an abortion and threatened that she would get nothing with less claims for assistance than in Texas. “

The docs also say that while Tristan admits that his contact information is listed on the text messages, he insists he didn’t send them.

Maralee She is pregnant and her due date is today (December 3rd). She is seeking child support from Tristan and filed the lawsuit before her due date. Maralee–A Houston native – claims the child was conceived while Tristan visited the city for his 30th birthday.
