Travis Scott – Astroworld Victims & Organizer aggregates nearly 400 lawsuits for one giant lawsuit against Rapper & Live Nation

A panel of Texas courts has formally approved the consolidation of at least 387 lawsuits against Travis Scott and Live Nation for the tragic events of previous years Astroworld Music Festival.

After the tragic events that took place at Goosebumps backing vocalist By Travis Scott the annual Astroworld music festival, victims and organizers are suing the 30-year-old artist and Living country has officially merged all existing lawsuits into a single lawsuit. The move is said to be done to reduce inefficiencies and ease the litigation process by having a presiding judge and is said to be the norm in mass injury cases where multiple plaintiffs share similar evidence and claims against the same defendant. It was a decision that was desired by both parties in the case.

It is reported that there will be more than 2,800 victims represented in the huge case, with plaintiffs suing Travis Scott & Living country for negligence, and claim $3 billion worth of damages. This number has steadily increased since we last reported back in November on this issue, when it was available 282 concertgoers file lawsuit and only $2 billion in expected damages. It is also reported that the number of plaintiffs and the amount of damages may increase or decrease based on those who follow up and file late, as well as those who may decide to drop out during the trial.

Before the deadly events of the festival, Travis Scott Yes lost some authentication transactions and cooperation. Most notably, he was relegated as a performer for the 2022 Coachella festival lineup.
