Tommy Dorfman, star of 13 reasons why revealed that she is a transgender woman in an interview with Time today (July 22).

Tommy told the publication, “For a year now, I have personally identified and lived as a woman – a transgender woman. It’s funny to think about coming out, because I haven’t gone anywhere yet. I view today as a reintroduction of me as a woman who has made a medical transformation. “
