We’re finally about to release Tango Gameworks’ supernatural thriller, Ghostwire: Tokyo. After a delay, the game is on track for a March 25 launch. As is tradition, the company along with publisher Bethesda Softworks are announcing more information as we roll out. Today you can check the PC system requirements for Ghostwire: Tokyo, won’t fill up your storage space at 20 GB. The specs themselves are almost pitiful as well.
Ghostwire: Tokyoas seen from its recent live stream, looks great. So I’m a bit surprised by how little it requires to make it run. Ghostwire: Tokyo‘s Steam Page has been updated with the PC system requirements recently and the main highlight is that the game requires a minimum of 12 GB of RAM. For the most part, even if your device hasn’t been upgraded in the last five years, you can still run the game.
Minimum PC system requirements for Ghostwire: Tokyo is nice and cool. You’ll need the equivalent of a GTX 1060 or AMD 5500 XT for your GPU. On the CPU side, you’re looking at something around the i7-4770K or the Ryzen 5 2600. The game requires a minimum of 12 GB of RAM, however. Since 16 GB is the norm today, you should be fine.
The recommended specs aren’t a huge step forward, oddly enough. As for the GPU, you’re looking at something like a GTX 1080 or RX 5600 XT. You need an i7-6700 CPU or according to the information the same Ryzen 5 2600. The game recommends 16 GB of RAM. Finally, in both cases, Ghostwire requires 20 GB of SSD storage, which isn’t really that bad.
Something strange in the Tokyo neighborhood
Ghostwire: Tokyo is a supernatural action-horror game influenced by Japanese mythology. You use mystical powers to hunt and often battle ghosts, all in a story revolving around your battle to rescue your loved ones. The game certainly looks appealing. Destructoid our sister site game preview, saying it was “stylish and curious.” And I guess there’s even a flying cat salesman. I am selling.
