Continuing this week’s outing, only 10 episodes left Attack the giant saga, and the official website for the anime just gave us the title titles for the two sequels.

The second part of the final season of shingeki not kyojin There are lots of lots to play with. Not only do we have to uncover the truth about Ymir and how she subdued the Titan in the first place, but there are plenty of character arcs where the story has to pay off. Suffice it to say, Attack the giant will have to keep some elements to a minimum, and that includes lengthy character monologues that are acknowledged to build suspense, but generally don’t get in the way of proper story pacing.

As for what we can expect from episodes 78 and 79, AttackOnFans – a fan shop specializing in coverage of very popular anime – has just pulled its title from the official Japanese website.

Episode 78 will be titled “兄 と 弟” or “Two brothers”. Episode 79 is “未来 の 記憶” which roughly translates to “Memories of the Future.”

While these titles don’t reveal too much about what the story will lead to, “Two Brothers” is clearly referring to Eren and Zeke’s relationship. “Memories of the Future” is also a bit vague, but perhaps Eren’s Founding Titan powers gave him the ability to see past and future? It’s all speculation, so we’ll have to wait and see when these upcoming episodes premiere on January 24 and January 31 respectively.
