According to Bloomberg News, TikTok Kitchen, which will be offered through Grubhub, will change its menu quarterly to reflect the hottest dishes on the video-sharing platform. Its first product line will include the famous feta pasta as well as other popular foods such as “chips” pasta (actually fried noodles) with a dip, corn “ribs” (thick strips of corn on the cob) and a smashed burger, according to VDC. Initially, the company planned to open 300 locations and expects to operate up to 1,000 locations by the end of next year, some of which run out of the kitchens of restaurant chains owned by the company. VDC founders Robert Earl, Bertucci’s, Buca di Beppo and Bravo Cucina Italiana.
